Method
 

Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a cast-iron or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the outside of the tortillas with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  3. Press a quarter of the ground beef onto one side of the tortilla and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the tortilla beef-side down into the hot skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes until crispy.
  5. Flip the tortilla, add cheese, fold in half, and grill for another 1–2 minutes until crispy and melted.
  6. Let it rest for a minute, then cut into triangles and serve with toppings.
