Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange marinated chicken on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and edges are charred.
  6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
