  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Add the Sauce: Pour the teriyaki sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet, stirring gently to coat each piece with the glaze.
  4. Thicken the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Add this to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
