Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook for 6-8 minutes, breaking it apart until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent and tender.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Incorporate diced tomatoes into the skillet and simmer for about 5 minutes until flavors meld together.
  5. Warm tortillas in a damp paper towel in the microwave for about 30 seconds until pliable.
  6. Take a warm tortilla, spoon beef filling in the center, and add shredded lettuce and cheese. Customize with toppings.
  7. To roll, fold in sides and roll from bottom up. Place wraps seam-side down on a plate and serve immediately.
