Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together ½ cup honey, ⅓ cup Dijon mustard, ¼ cup brown sugar, 2 minced garlic cloves, ¼ cup soy sauce, and ½ teaspoon black pepper until smooth.
  2. Slice the kielbasa sausage into 1-inch thick bite-sized pieces.
  3. Pour the prepared honey mustard sauce over the sliced kielbasa in the slow cooker. Stir gently to coat each piece of sausage.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours.
