Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a large sauté pan or wok over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes until hot.
  2. Pour in a tablespoon of neutral oil and let it heat up until it shimmers, approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Add thinly sliced onions and sauté for about 2 minutes until softened and translucent.
  4. Introduce freshly minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds while stirring constantly.
  5. Add sliced zucchini sticks and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and toasted sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, then stir gently.
  7. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately.
