Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package directions, approximately 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. If using proteins or vegetables, add them to the skillet now and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, followed by chili crisp and soy sauce. Toss everything together and add reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Transfer to serving plates, finish with green onions and an extra drizzle of chili crisp.
