Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Shred the napa cabbage into thin strips and place it in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle salt over the cabbage and toss to coat. Let it rest for 5 minutes to soften.
  2. Add the julienned carrots and chopped scallions to the cabbage and toss gently to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together gochugaru, minced garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until fully coated.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and toss gently once more.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 15-30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
