Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. Mix warm milk, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast in a bowl. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt, then create a well to add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Mix until a shaggy dough forms and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First Rise
  1. Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise for 45 minutes in a warm area.
Filling Preparation
  1. Cook diced strawberries in a saucepan over medium heat with cornstarch for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in softened cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Forming Rolls
  1. Punch down the risen dough, roll into a large rectangle, and spread the filling evenly.
  2. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into individual rolls.
Second Rise
  1. Cover sliced rolls with a cloth and let rise for another 45 minutes.
Baking
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Glazing
