  • 1 cup Protein of Choice (chicken, shrimp, salmon)
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions sliced for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds for topping

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add your preferred noodles and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes) until al dente. Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth. If using, add minced garlic to the sauce.
  3. Transfer the drained noodles to the bowl with the sauce. Toss gently to coat every strand with the creamy mixture.
  4. Add your choice of protein on top, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm or chill for a cold meal.
