  • 1 Egg binding agent
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Honey for glaze
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha for glaze

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, chopped onion, and egg.
  3. Roll the meat mixture into 1-2 inch meatballs and place them on the wire rack.
  4. Bake the meatballs for approximately 18-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. While baking, prepare the glaze by combining honey and sriracha in a saucepan and heating until well blended.
  6. Remove meatballs from the oven and toss them in the warm honey sriracha glaze.
  7. Serve on a platter with toothpicks for easy snacking.
