Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and dry chicken wings.
  2. In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, soy sauce, and black pepper. Whisk until blended.
  3. Pour marinade over wings, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a greased wire rack on top.
  5. Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 25-30 minutes, basting halfway through.
  6. Optionally broil for 3-5 minutes for extra crispiness. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  7. Remove from oven, let rest, garnish, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
