  • 2 cups Doritos Crushed just before serving.
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Catalina Dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Store-bought or homemade.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Taco Pasta Salad
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, corn, black beans, halved tomatoes, green onions, and chopped lettuce. Toss until evenly distributed.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Catalina dressing and taco seasoning until smooth and well blended.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetable mixture. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
  5. Just before serving, fold in the crushed Doritos gently to maintain their crunch.
