  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill Use dried dill in smaller amounts if fresh is unavailable

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta by boiling it in salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by dicing, grating, and chopping them, and combine them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Make the dressing by combining Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, onion powder, oregano, and dill in a mason jar. Shake until combined.
  4. Assemble the salad by adding the cooled pasta to the vegetables and pouring the dressing over. Toss until well coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld before serving.
