Yogurt Layer
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt for thickness
Granola
  • 2 cups Oats base for granola
  • 1 cup Nuts almonds or walnuts, optional
  • 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon for flavor
Fruit Layer
  • 2 cups Berries strawberries and blueberries
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves for garnish, optional
Optional Enhancements
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract for yogurt flavor
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips dark chocolate preferred

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) to prepare for the homemade granola.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, honey, and cinnamon, stirring until well coated.
  3. Spread granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet to harden.
  5. Layer yogurt, granola, and berries in clear glasses, repeating layers until full.
  6. Top with additional berries, a drizzle of honey, and mint leaves.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving.
